They weren’t so sure either, but once they tried it, and we pointed out how the flatbread had NO crust, they happily gobbled down their Tuna Melt! This is such an easy lunch to prepare as it is just four ingredients and you can quickly assemble the sandwiches and then pop them in the toaster oven while you finish up the rest of your meal prep.
